Context

Peggy Sage, a French brand of professional cosmetics and skincare products, relies on a network of franchisees to distribute its collections.

Four times a year, each franchisee receives a box of new products along with a QR code that links to an explanatory video about the collection: the flagship products, how to use them, and the season’s trends.

A regular and strategic event. It is the video that gives in-store teams the keys to selling effectively.

Challenge

Until now, Peggy Sage’s collection videos did not feature any specific visual branding. The content was functional, but the campaign’s identity did not come across on screen.

The Rosad agency was therefore tasked with creating motion graphics inspired by the mood of the Spring 2026 collection, with an artistic direction specific to this season, without compromising the brand’s DNA.

A delicate balancing act: brand consistency on one hand, editorial uniqueness on the other.

The challenge for the Rosad agency: to change these conventions while staying true to the Peggy Sage brand.

The Rosad agency handled on-set direction to help the interviewees achieve a natural and fluid performance.

Production

Filming took place at Peggy Sage’s offices, using a multi-camera setup to capture the interviews under optimal conditions.

Three product managers appeared on screen one after another to present the new products: their unique selling points, how to use them, and the season’s beauty trends.

In post-production, the Rosad agency designed a complete motion graphics package, conceived as a visual extension of the Spring 2026 mood: typography, transitions, and color palette. A cohesive video style guide, carefully crafted for this collection.

Results

Videos designed to perform well internally. Clear, engaging, and visually aligned with the collection’s brand identity.

Peggy Sage franchisees now receive content where the form matches the substance.

And beyond this initial project: a reusable motion design template that lays the groundwork for the brand’s future productions.
